John Williams was living here with his wife Ruth in 1910, and in 1913. Mr. Williams was an excellent stone mason. Born in Canada, his parents immigrated into the United States when he was about five years old. They were both born in Wales.

In 1916, it was the home of Mrs. R. H. Muncy. She hosted an advanced Bible Class at her home in October.

Thomas B. Cassidy and his wife Victoria rented the home for at least five years in the mid-1920s but moved before 1930 to Bemidji Avenue.

Edward Jackson, general contractor, and his wife Elizabeth were the owners by 1930. They were the owners and were still there in 1942.

James and Beatrice Lee were long-term owners of this home. They moved to Bemidji in 1947 and Beatrice Lee was listed in the directories for this home through 1978. The house was vacant in 1982; she died in 1984.
