Bemidji Airlines, Inc., the local company operating flights to the Twin Cities during the past summer, announced it would close down the business officially before the end of the month and sell its three planes. A spokesman for the firm said Bemidji was not quite ready for regular passenger runs even during the peak summer months. (Oct 26, 1946)
