Baseball enthusiasts of Bemidji have secured a lease for the coming summer upon block H, between Second and Third streets and between America and Irvine avenues and a first class baseball park will be perfected as soon as the weather permits. A stock company will be organized for the purpose of financing the team. A fence around the block will be built as soon as the snow disappears from the ground and a grandstand large enough to accommodate 1,000 people will be erected.
