Woodard purchased Lot 34, Blk 4 for $50 from the Bji Townsite Co. on Jan 17, 1901. Materials were furnished for a house that spring. In 1904, it was owned by Mike Johnson in 1904. In 1908, O. Ulseth advertised a small house with two lots for sale cheap it taken quickly. There were four owners before the house was vacated and eventually replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. F. Brabetz (1910-1911)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H. J. Geror (1920-1921)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas Sky (1924-25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vacant (1927-1915)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current house was built in 1940<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul Mosher (1946)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John H. Warford, owner (1951)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donald W. Schulze (1953)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wm. Slattery (1956)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vacant (1963)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mrs. Vivian George (1964-1982) Died in 1988. Wife of Andrew George.
