Deneen (Who\u2019s Who in Minnesota 1958). He moved to Bemidji in 1953 and became the City Manager. He retired in 1963.\u00a0He was a member of the Bemidji Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star; a life member of the Elks; member of Shriners of Grand Forks; the Bemidji Rotary and Lions clubs; the International City Managers Association.
