O\u2019Leary from Townsite Co. on April 7, 1902.<\/p>\n<p>Excavation has begun for two new elegant residences on the corner of Minnesota avenue and Eighth Street. The firm of O&#8217;Leary &amp; Bowser will each construct one there. (Aug 22, 1901)<\/p>\n<p>Carl Winblad (1934-35)<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Nellie O\u2019Leary and her son Arthur moved into this house after Mr. O&#8217;Leary died in 1929. They lived here in 1935, 1940.
