Roy Bliler built a house there before 1910. His daughter Ardath was born there in 1910. That was before there was running water, sewer or sidewalks in the neighborhood. Roy Bliler became County Surveyor in 1910, a position he held until his death in 1927. They lived in the home until his death.<\/p>\n
